The team begins their trip in Quito with an orientation and exploration of the city’s colonial center. Over several days, they participate in business meetings and lectures on topics such as dollarization, microfinance, and business as mission. Cultural experiences like an artisan market visit and a Pacari chocolate tasting enrich their understanding of Ecuador’s economy. The journey ends with a visit to Mitad del Mundo and a Teleferico gondola ride before returning to the U.S.
