Executive Director of Experiential Tours, Strategy & Growth

Rachel leads the Experiential Tours team with a primary focus on partnership development, program design, faculty training, and strategic growth. Having worked in global education for over 12 years and visited over 70 countries, she has a love for group travel and the personal growth that can happen in a short-term travel format. Rachel is passionate about cross-cultural engagement and serves the L&LI team as a Licensed CQ Facilitator. Rachel is currently working on her Doctorate of Business Administration in International Business from Liberty University. 

Director of Operations, Experiential Tours

Driven by a passion for exploring new cultures, Ashley has traveled to more than 45 countries for both professional opportunities and personal adventures. Currently based in Nashville, she enjoys attending live music events, trying new foods and attending local sporting events when she's back home in Baltimore (Go Ravens and Orioles!) Ashley earned a bachelor's degree with a double major in Communications and Public Relations/Journalism, along with minors in Missions and Spanish. She also holds a Master of Arts in Global Ministry Design.

Experiential Tours Program Manager

Sara oversees short-term programming in Latin America. Sara studied Business and International Relations with additional degrees in Nursing and Podiatry. She is a dedicated volunteer for over 13 years in anti-human trafficking initiatives. She speaks Spanish, English, and French, with a strong passion for cross-cultural communication, global engagement, and relationship building.

Experiential Tours Coordinator

Charlie assists Ecuador programming with oversight of logistics, local ministry partners, and offering teams a once-in-a-lifetime experience. He studied music at UDLA in Quito and learned English by living at a home for boys that received many missions teams. Charlie loves helping teams connect with his culture and getting to serve alongside them. Charlie is an avid hiker, loves music, and good conversations at a coffee shop.

Account Executive, Experiential Tours

Nicole serves as the Account Executive for Experiential Tours, partnering with churches, universities, and high school groups to create life-changing opportunities for students and congregations to learn and serve around the world. As a L&LI Ecuador alum and former Resident Coordinator in Italy, she has experienced firsthand the impact these programs can have. When she's not working, you’ll usually find Nicole spending time with her kids or serving in various ministries at her church.

Experiential Tours Assistant & Virtual Programs Coordinator 

Diana Yepez-Hock is originally from Quito, Ecuador, and has been a part of the L&LI team in various roles since 2011. She currently lives in the U.S. with her husband, CJ, and two children, Emilia and Noah. With a background in Interior Design and as a TESL-certified teacher, she is passionate about fostering creative and educational growth. Diana helps coordinate TESOL Virtual Internships, where she coaches students in professional online English teaching skills. She also assists the Experiential Tours team with logistics and administration.
