Program Director

Cole is from Minnesota but moved to California for his undergraduate degree at Vanguard University. While studying, he became passionate about integrating psychology and discipleship. After graduating, Cole and his wife Abby moved to Wisconsin to continue their education. Cole graduated from Wheaton College with a master’s in Outdoor and Adventure Leadership. Cole served as the Resident Director in Ecuador, where he provided leadership, guidance, and care for students and staff. He now gets to do that and more in London as the Program Director.

Student Life Director

Abby is from Hawai’i and California. She graduated from Vanguard University. While at Vanguard, she became passionate about integrating psychology and discipleship. After graduating from her undergraduate experience, Abby moved with her husband Cole, to Wisconsin to continue their education. Abby served as the Resident Director in Ecuador, providing leadership, guidance, and care for students and staff and now is joining the London team as the Student Life Director alongside Cole.

Resident Coordinator

Alexa is originally from Southern California and a proud Grand Canyon University grad! She’s passionate about Jesus, crafts, and building genuine connections with new people. She loves being in spaces where she can encourage others and create community. In her free time, you can usually find her with an iced coffee in hand no matter the weather.

Ryan is from Washington State and went to school at Grand Canyon University. He loves Jesus, the outdoors, making music, hanging out with friends, and a lot more. Ryan is passionate about building community and helping others along their way. After a great experience studying with Living and Learning in Ecuador, Ryan is excited to serve in the London program!

Resident Coordinator

Spring is from Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Southeastern University. It is here she became passionate about fostering deep connections, experiencing new adventures, and enjoying good coffee. She has a heart for developing compassionate leaders and helping them embrace the unique strengths that the Lord has gifted them with. Post-graduation, she lived in Ecuador with L&LI, led worship through different churches and ministries, and served as the Program Director at a faith-based summer camp in western North Carolina. Spring is full of joy, and gratitude, and expectancy as she prepares to step into this new role.

Resident Coordinator

Taitem is from Southern California and graduated from Biola University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing. She studied abroad with L&LI in Rome and later served as an RC in Ecuador for a summer. Both of these experiences sparked her desire to live abroad and serve students as they go through their own study abroad experience. You can typically find Taitem baking, taking pictures, or drinking a matcha!
