Overview
Over the course of the three-day conference, there will be an expo hall set up for universities and colleges, third-party providers, and vendors to share about their mission and vision for Christian study abroad. By purchasing this sponsorship package, you will be one of the participants of the expo hall. We will provide the table for you to set your materials on.
At the beginning of the conference, each attendee will receive a swag bag with various items. If you’d like to have your organization’s pamphlets, brochures, or booklets included in these bags, this sponsorship provides that opportunity.
We will email you with information on how to send your print materials (pamphlets, brochures, or booklets) to the event organizers and approximately how many of each item will be needed.
Please note that all print materials will need to be received two weeks prior to the conference to be included in the bags.
Payment Details
At least 50% of the total cost is due upon purchase in order to guarantee your sponsorship.
The total sponsorship amount is due on January 15, 2026. We will communicate how to make that second payment.
We reserve the right to deny sponsorship based on mission fit.
Location and Accommodations
Southeastern University is located in Lakeland, Florida, in between Tampa and Orlando.
We recommend that guests book their accommodations at The Terrace Hotel Lakeland, by Hilton. We will send out details to registered guests on how to book with a discounted room rate.
Over the course of the three day conference, we will provide shuttle services twice a day, morning and evening, from The Terrace Hotel to Southeastern University.
Communication
Registered guests will receive communication leading up to the conference with more details of the event.
