From hiking in the jungle to getting ESL teaching experience, Levi’s (Liberty University) summer in Ecuador did not disappoint.

Since high school, Abby knew she wanted to study abroad once she got to college. When she got to Vanguard she walked into the Study Abroad office as a freshman and started planning — but she thought she wanted to go somewhere else.

Ever since she was young, Naomi (Northwestern) knew she wanted to work in medicine. On her short term trip to Spain, she never expected that she would have the chance to shadow a surgical team in the OR!

Nanette (Azusa Pacific) spent a semester abroad in Ecuador in 2021 and took an Experiential tour to Amsterdam in 2022.

Grace and Anna didn’t know they would be roommates when they got to Quito, but they connected instantly and have cherished a rich friendship ever since their semester spent studying abroad.
