Short-Term Experiential Tour with Living & Learning International
This program allows students to travel through two countries; Ecuador and Peru. While in Quito, the team will partner with a variety of organizations that work with indigenous peoples. The team will engage with the local culture by visiting the historical center and artisan market, riding a gondola up part of a volcano, and standing on both equators. In both Lima and Cusco, the team will connect with organizations that partner with the indigenous community to preserve their traditions. The program will culminate with a visit to the Salt Mines and Morray, and an all-day excursion to Machu Picchu, one of the seven modern wonders of the world.
